Just a few suggestions:

Mouse over menu items go the going direction (the gradient)

i love this theme, my only question/issue is - my taskbar up top is really transparent, on a dark wallpaper its black/black text, super hard to see. is there any way to max the opacity on it ?

You must use LLMenubar Application and set up this in login items... look redme ;)
